We have complete equipment for the production process of magnets, and each production process is strictly controlled.
Magnet Details
1. Size Tolerance ( +/-0.05mm )
a. Before grinding and cutting, we inspect the black product tolerance.
b. Before and after coating, we will inspect the tolerance by AQL standard.
c. Before delivery, will inspect the tolerance by AQL standard.PS: Product size can be customized.
2. Surface Treatment
Q: Do neodymium magnets require surface treatments?
A: Yes. If magnets are without surface coating (also named plating), it may rust easily under humid conditions.
There have many plating options like Ni-Cu-Ni, Nickel, Zinc, Gold, Black Epoxy, White Epoxy coating and so on.
Zn and Ni-Cu-Ni coating are the most popular coating. The magnet with plating will resist the corrosion effectively.
3. Magnetization Direction:
Packaging
We have a variety of packaging methods. In addition to regular packaging, we have closed magnetic packaging that meets transportation requirements and can effectively protect magnets during transportation. However, the cost of closed magnetic packaging is higher than ordinary packaging and the weight will increase.

A: Yes, we accept sample order to test andcheck quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A: Sample lead time 3-5 days, bulk order lead time 7-10days.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ for Neodymium/Ferrite/Rubber magnet or other new magnet?
A: Sample MOQ 1pc, bulk order MOQ 100-1000,depends on size and complexity.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS,FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional. We also accept to ship the products toyour agent.
Q5. How to proceed an order for Neodymium/Ferrite/Rubber magnet or other new magnet?
A: We need to know your requirements or application. And then we will quote the price according to your requirements or our suggestions. Finally after your confirmation the samples and places deposit, we will arrange the production.
Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on magnet product or package?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
